We collect information that you provide directly to us when you register for an account, including your name, email address, and payment information (processed securely via Stripe). We also collect data regarding the properties you choose to monitor.

Usage analytics

When you use our public pages, including the free address lookup, we record the pages you view, the actions you take (for example, running a lookup or clicking a next step), the site that referred you, campaign tags in the link, your device type, and a random visitor ID stored in a first-party cookie. We use this only to understand which pages and offers help people, in aggregate. We do not use third-party advertising trackers, and we do not store your IP address with these records. Our sister product, Red Property Book, is run by the same team and uses the same analytics, so a visit that moves between the two sites is counted as one journey.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to:

• Provide automated blight ticket monitoring services.
• Process subscription payments.
• Send email and SMS alerts regarding your properties.
• Occasionally email you about our products, including our sister product Red Property Book. Every such email has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing never affects your property alerts. We never send marketing by text message.
• Improve our algorithms and user experience.

4. Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share data only with necessary service providers:

• Stripe: For payment processing.
• Supabase: For database hosting.
• Twilio/Resend: For notification delivery.
